Event Planning Services

Event planning services are as practical as bread because they save time, money and energy and focus resources on the details that have the most impact. Event planning services also infuse the event with beauty. By designing a visual vocabulary which unifies details in a way that expresses the personal story and spiritual uniqueness of the client, we can ensure an event that will perfectly express their vision.

At Hyacinth Events, there are no “cookie cutters.” Each event we plan will be unique, meaningful and memorable to all who participate and attend. In addition, we are committed to honoring the budget and values of every client.

For each client, I seek to understand and incorporate:

  • spiritual significance
  • meaningful symbols
  • history and heritage
  • unique style and ambiance

Wedding and event planning services start at $300 for 10 hours of consultation.

During an initial meeting we will work together to outline the overall plan for the event, determine which major decisions have been made (and which are yet to make) and I will seek to uncover the tone, style, preferences and themes that will make the day most fittingly tailored to the client.

The client then selects how to apply my 10 hours of service. Additional hours of consultation are $30.
